Frequently asked
When is PF / ESI registration mandatory?
PF once you have 20 or more employees (voluntary earlier); ESI once you have 10 or more employees drawing up to ₹21,000 per month. Some states have lower ESI thresholds.
What are the monthly due dates?
PF and ESI ECRs and payments are due by the 15th of the following month. Late payment attracts interest and damages under Section 14B.
Can you handle EPFO / ESIC inspections?
Yes — we represent you before the authorities, submit records and close 7-A / 45-A proceedings professionally.
